Return and Refund Policy:
We offer a 3-day replacement warranty for our products. In case of any manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately, and it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. No warranty claims will be accepted after 7 days.
To claim warranty:
- The product must be returned to our shop along with the cash memo and original packaging. Alternatively, you can send the product through a delivery man, but the delivery charges (for both sending and receiving) will be borne by the customer.
- For general warranty claims, please allow 2-3 days for processing.
- For brand-specific warranty claims, processing may take 3-4 weeks.
For Warranty Claims, please ensure the following:
- The original box, cash memo, accessories inside the box, and the warranty sticker must be returned with the product, either in person or via courier.
