Powerful 70W RMS Desktop Audio

The Edifier QR65 is built around a two-way active speaker design capable of producing a combined 70W RMS output. Each speaker system uses dedicated amplification for the high and mid-low frequencies, helping provide better separation and control across different parts of the frequency range.

The system combines 1.25-inch silk dome tweeters with 2.75-inch aluminum diaphragm mid-low drivers. This configuration is designed to produce clear vocals and instruments, detailed high frequencies and controlled lower-frequency performance suitable for near-field desktop listening.

Hi-Res Audio with LDAC Support

For listeners who care about audio quality, the QR65 carries both Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. LDAC support allows compatible devices to transmit higher-resolution audio wirelessly than conventional Bluetooth codecs.

The speaker system also uses full digital signal processing, a two-way active crossover and dynamic range control to manage the audio signal before it reaches the individual drivers.

TempoAbyss RGB Lighting

The Edifier QR65 is designed to stand out visually as well as acoustically. Its patented TempoAbyss lighting technology provides dynamic ambient lighting around the speaker base, adding a modern appearance to gaming desks, workstations and entertainment setups.

Users can choose from 11 preset lighting effects or personalize the appearance using more than 16 million colors through the Edifier ConneX app.

65W TurboGaN Fast Charging

One of the most distinctive features of the Edifier QR65 is its integrated charging system. Using TurboGaN technology, the speaker can provide up to 65W charging output, allowing compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops and other USB-powered devices to charge directly from the desktop speaker system.

Two USB Type-C ports and one USB Type-A port are available for charging. Smart power allocation and temperature management help maintain efficient and stable charging when multiple compatible devices are connected.

Multiple Connectivity Options

The QR65 provides several ways to connect your audio devices. Bluetooth 5.3 makes wireless playback convenient for smartphones, tablets and laptops, while wired connectivity is available for desktop computers and other audio sources.

A dedicated subwoofer output is also available for users who want to expand their setup with an external powered subwoofer.

Edifier ConneX App Control

The Edifier ConneX app provides additional control over compatible QR65 functions. Users can customize lighting effects and access supported audio adjustments directly from a smartphone, making it easier to personalize the system for music, gaming or everyday desktop use.

Advanced Acoustic Design

Edifier uses an MDF enclosure and independent acoustic chambers to help control unwanted cabinet resonance. The QR65 also incorporates Edifier acoustic technologies such as MazeTube Bass Reflex and TurbMuff Air Noise Suppression, designed to improve airflow and reduce unwanted port noise.

With a rated frequency response of 55Hz to 40kHz, the system covers a wide range of frequencies while extending into the high-frequency range required for Hi-Res Audio certification.
